We, BHAGAWATI GROUP, India, specializing in Industrial and Medical gases, and PSA oxygen generators for hospitals. We are excited to introduce our Modular Oxygen Generator, an innovative solution designed for small and medium hospitals that use 2 to 18 oxygen cylinders per day.
Technology
The air in our atmosphere contains 21% oxygen, 78% nitrogen, and 1% other trace gases, primarily argon. PSA oxygen generation works to separate the oxygen from the air using a zeolite molecular sieve. As zeolite adsorbs nitrogen, were left with a relatively pure stream of oxygen gas as an end product, which can be used for process purposes. Oxygen purities as high as 95% can be attained.
Current Challenges with Oxygen Cylinders:
High Cost:
The present cost of oxygen cylinders ranges between ₹250 to ₹400 per cylinder, which includes taxes and transportation. This significantly increases operational expenses for hospitals.High Pressure and Safety Risks:
Oxygen cylinders operate at a pressure of 140 bars, while hospitals typically require only 4 to 6 bars for pipeline systems. This high pressure poses a safety risk and makes timely supply management more challenging.Quality Concerns:
There is often uncertainty about the quality of oxygen supplied, as hospitals must rely on external vendors without direct control over production standards.Quantity Issues:
Hospitals frequently encounter issues such as leakage, incomplete filling, and poor-quality valves, leading to inaccurate quantities and potential waste.Manpower and Management Overhead:
Managing oxygen cylinders involves significant administrative effort, including ordering, receiving, handling, bill processing, payments, and constant follow-ups.Space Requirements:
Cylinders require ample space for storage and need to be marked as "empty" or "full," adding complexity to the storage and management process.Patient Disturbance and Logistics:
The unloading, handling, and replacement of cylinders often disturb patients. These operations can damage hospital floors and create unnecessary operational challenges.Short Supply Issues:
Hospitals often face short supply during emergencies, breakdowns, city road jams, or vehicle problems, making it difficult to maintain a reliable supply.High CO Levels in Cryogenic Oxygen:
Oxygen produced through traditional cryogenic processes often has a higher level of carbon monoxide (CO), which can compromise quality and patient safety.
offers a revolutionary solution that addresses all the above problems. Our modular oxygen generators have multiple units with a unique combination of 10 LPM modules and an integrated booster for raising pressure up to 6.0 bar. Unlike standard PSA systems, our units offer:
Better Reliability: If one unit fails, other units continue operating, ensuring uninterrupted supply.
Low Space Requirements: Compact design with a minimal footprint.
Energy Efficiency: Lowest power consumption in its class.
Easy Installation and Maintenance: Plug-and-play systems that are user-friendly and easy to maintain.
Product Specifications:
RAK 60
Dimensions: 960 cm x 600 cm x 1550 cm
Weight: 260 kg
RAK 30
Dimensions: 480 cm x 600 cm x 1550 cm
Weight: 130 kg
Key Advantages Over Standard PSA Plants:
Reduced Space Requirements: Traditional plants need 4 meters by 4 meters; our modular units require significantly less space.
Operational Redundancy: If one module fails, other modules continue supplying oxygen.
Lower Power Consumption: Operates efficiently on a single-phase power supply.
Scalability: Easy to expand capacity by adding more modules.
Conclusion:
With Bhagawati's Modular Oxygen Generators, hospitals can eliminate the many hassles associated with traditional cylinder-based oxygen systems. Our modular approach ensures a safer, more reliable, and cost-effective supply of medical oxygen, tailored for the unique needs of small and medium-sized healthcare facilities.

Why Choose PSA Oxygen Generators from Advanced Gas Technologies?
For very simple reason, we have come up with
Ø Modular Oxygen Generator consist of three units of 10 lpm in 30 lpm plant and Six units of 10 lpm in 60 lpm plant.
Ø Low power consumption in compare to standard plant as we use booster for only oxygen not for entire air
Ø Single phase power supply
Ø Foot print is very small a. for 30 lpm plant only 450 x600 x1550 mm and for 60 lpm plant only front size get change 450 to 900X1550 mm. We can keep in very small place.
Ø We call non supply oxygen system because of modular models, if one unit fails, other works.
Ø Hospitals (using 5 to 15 cylinders on a day basis) is right choice for our plants In fact, till now, modular oxygen generators are not available in our country with the
Ø High Pressure: Hospitals require only 4 to 6 bar pressure for pipe line systems. Oxygen cylinders are having 140 bars (risky)
Ø Quality: We do not know what quality of gas we are using, we need to trust suppliers.
Ø Quantity: We do not get the right quantity, sometimes leakage / less filling / poor quality of valve human error.
Ø Staff: Staff requirement for procurement for procuring the medical oxygen gas that is ordering / receiving / handling / bill processing /payments etc and day to day follow up.
Ø Disturbance (Loading unloading): Disturbance to patients while unloading of filled cylinders and checking of empty cylinders and giving back to Gas owner. Damage of floor / tough to management.
Ø Short supply: Hospitals face problems during breakdown / city road jams / vehicle problems.
Ø CO level: Carbon monoxide is higher side in oxygen produced through cryogenic process in compare to our system
Ø Installation plug and play
Solutions; - BHAGAWATI brought solutions to all above problems and a better solution for hospitals are able to use oxygen through cylinders with, space limitation etc)
Note:
DON’T compare these plants with PSA, PLANTS installed during covid. BHAGAWATI GAS LIMITED, have proud in introducing modular plants only with two models, serving small and middle hospitals. These hospitals always phase problems and purchase at a very high rate say Rs 300 to 1000/- per cylinders, depending upon the locations.
We recommend to have their own cylinder equivalent to two days reequipment to meet any emergency.
GUARANTEED EQUAL QUALITY PATIENT CARE
USP : Standard plants in India having single unit (if fails total output stop ) but with BHAGAWATI OXO if one unit fails other five or two are working
Installation: Simple Plug and play
Foot print: Present available plants need 4 meter by 4 meter.
Electricity: Electricity consumption is very low (2.4Kw to 4.6Kw)
1. 60 LPM :960 CM X600 CM X1550 CM and weight 260 kgs
2. 30 LPM : 480 CM X600 CM X1550 CM and weight 130 kgs
